SaveMate pays out available Cash Back three times per year, in March, July, and November. You must submit a request to withdraw your Cash Back for each period you wish to make a withdrawal, assuming you have the required available Cash Back balance. The request must be submitted by the month immediately prior to the next scheduled payment month, at the very latest (February for the March payout, June for the July payout and October for the November payout). Only one withdrawal per payout month is permitted. Your account must be in “Active” state for a withdrawal request to be made. Depending on your location, SaveMate may offer several payment methods and currencies. The minimum amount of Cash Back eligible to be withdrawn is as follows, depending on the applicable currency in your account:
$25 USD, $30 AUD, 25 EUR, 20 GBP, 80 BRL, 1000 INR
There is a fee charged with each transaction associated with processing your payment. The transaction fee will vary by payment option.
Cash Back is paid out three times per year, based on the following schedule.

Une fois que nos magasins partenaires nous ont versé le Cash Back, le statut de votre achat passera de "en attente" à "complété" et votre Cash Back sera disponible dans votre Tableau de bord. Le suivi du Cash Back s'affichera dans votre vue d'ensemble dès que le magasin aura mis le statut à jour. Si votre achat ne s'affiche pas "en attente" sur votre compte dans les 14 jours suivants, veuillez remplir le formulaire d'achat manquant ci-dessous.
